Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Asyrtiko & Athiri

Origin: From private owned vineyards in Thebes and cooperating vineyards, that undergo strict control.

Vinification: Each variety is fermented separately with white vinification method under controlled temperature, 17° C.

Alcoholic strength: 13,5% Vol.
 
Packaging: Cartons of 6x750ml and 24x187,5ml

Tasting notes: Bright straw-yellow colour with greenish tinges. Expressive nose with vibrant, fresh fruit aromas. Notes of pear, green apple and citrus distinctive feature in the background of freshly chamomile and small white flowers. A refreshing, delightful wine, with elegant aromas of fruit, 'crunchy' acidity and good length.

Food pairings – Serving temperature: Exquisite aperitif and companion of a wide variety of dishes. Taste it with green salads, grilled or fried fish, pasta with light sauce, white meat and soft cheeses. Enjoy it very cool, at 8-10°C.
