Varieties: Grenache Rouge, Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon

Origin: From private owned vineyards in Thebes and cooperating vineyards, that undergo strict control.

Vinification: Classic red vinification, for each variety separately, under controlled temperature.

Alcoholic strength: 12,5% Vol

Ageing potential: Enjoy it within the first 4-5 years after the harvest.

Packaging: Available in bottles of 187,5ml and 750ml. Packed respectively in cartons of 24 or 6 bottles.

Tasting notes: Purple color with lightly purple hues. Pleasant aromas of cranberries, cherries and framboise marmalade on a background of light spices make up the aromas of the nose. Soft and pleasant in the mouth with gentle, velvety tannins and fruity, long lasting aftertaste.

Food pairing – Serving temperature: Exquisite aperitif (lightly cold) and companion of a wide variety of dishes. Try it with pasta with red sauces, stews, variety of charcuterie, pizza and poultry cooked with red sauces. Best served lightly chilled, at 16 οC.
