Vinification - Maturation:
Classic red vinification under controlled temperature. It ages for 12 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels.
Recommended for long ageing. You can drink now or keep it for at least 10-15 years.
Bright and deep red colour. Elegant bouquet with concentrated aromas of black fruits like blackcurrants, along with nuances of sweet spices . An intense, well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon with bold tannins, concentrated flavours and persistent finish. An exquisite combination of strength, complexity and elegance.
Food pairings – Serving temperature:
Ideally suited to lamb, spare ribs, grilled steak, game and flavorful hard cheeses. Best served a 16-18 °C.
