From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimihalis private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification – Maturation:
Classic red vinification under controlled temperatures for each variety separately. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes:The attractive combination of Refosco with Merlot gives a wine with generous aromatic character and flavor intensity. The succulent aromas of red fruits, which dominate the palate, are framed by sweet spices and vanilla. Round with velvety tannins, intense aromatic character and pleasant aftertaste that lasts.
Food pairing - Serving temperature: An excellent proposal for every day wine. Try it with meat with rich red sauce, grilled steaks, burger and aged cheese. Enjoy it at 16°C.
