From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis, part of the private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification - Maturation:
Each variety is being fermented separately with the technique of the classic red vinification method. It matures for 6 months in small French oak barriques.
Tasting notes:Bright and deep ruby color. Charming aromatic composition with blackberries, sour cherries and blackcurrants on a background of spices. Soft in the mouth, elegant, with gentle tannins, earthy aromas with hints of cinnamon, and balanced acidity.
Food pairing - Serving temperature:Its friendly personality accompanies ideally the majority of meet and charcuterie dishes, but also mild cheeses. Best served at 16-18˚C.
