From the single vineyard "Yataki", part of the private owned vineyard of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification - Maturation:
Classic red vinification under controlled temperature. Aged for 12 months in 225lt French oak barrels.
Enjoy now or keep it under suitable storage conditions for at least 10-12 years from its harvest.
Tasting notes:Bright deep red color. The nose reveals aromas of red fruit, black and sour cherry, with hints of sweet spices. Rich in the mouth with velvety tannins and more earthy aromas combined with cloves and cinnamon. Round and well structured in the mouth with enjoyable finish.
Food pairing – Serving temperature: Enjoy it with red sauce casseroles, baked or grilled poultry. Matches great with pasta Bolognese and medium cheeses. Enjoy it at 16-18˚C.
