From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis private owned vineyard at the foot of Mt. Parnassus in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification: Each variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 16 °C.
Tasting notes:Bright, light-golden colour with green highlights. The refreshing and pleasing flavor profile is characterized by elegant fragrance intensity, mainly green (green apple, pear) and tropical fruits which are highlighted by botanical and floral notes . On the palate it is creamy, round with pronounced acidity which gives freshness and highlights the vibrant, fruity flavors. Long aftertaste.
Food pairing - Serving temperature:
Enjoy it with grilled or fried fish, poultry, pork, green salads, pasta with light sauces and dishes of traditional and also ethnic cuisine. Best served at 8-10°C.
