Grape Varieties: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc

Origin: From selected privately owned vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece

Vinification: Each variety is vinified separately with the technique of classic red vinification. Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.

Alcoholic strength: 14% Vol

Ageing potential: Ready to enjoy it now or within the next 15 years.

Tasting notes: Deep purple color. Complex, attractive aromas of plums and blackcurrants dominate on an elegant oaky background. Aromas of juicy red fruits and spice dominate in the mouth. Harmonious and balanced with lively tannins and long fruity finish.

Food pairing – Serving temperature: The classic choice of Domaine Hatzimichalis. Enjoy it with a wide variety of appetizers, grilled red meats or stews, pasta with red sauces, burgers and a variety of sausages. Enjoy it at 16-18 ° C.
